What laser treatments can do include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Preventing a raised scar from forming after surgery.<\/li><li>Reducing itchiness and pain where a scar is.<\/li><li>Increasing your range of motion at the site of a scar.<\/li><li>Making a scar less noticeable.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>However, laser treatments cannot fully erase a scar. Instead, they work by replacing one scar with another scar that is less noticeable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Medical Consultations Are Crucial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every patient and every scar is unique, which is why it\u2019s crucial for your physician to consult with you prior to the laser scar removal.
