How Is a Nasal Fracture Treated?

If you seek treatment within 14 days, our provider may be able to realign nasal bones and cartilage that have been displaced. After this procedure, your nose may be splinted with packing inside and a dressing outside. Dr. Herrera will discuss how long these items should stay in place.

If you have a severe break or an injury that occurred more than 14 days ago, surgery may be necessary.
